Richard sent me these photo’s of a paddle he did on the Cartecay and Coosawattee Rivers to Carter’s Lake. A 28.5 mile trip he describes as “the wildest and most fun trip I have taken”!
Richard said that the photo’s
“…don’t show how violent the Cartecay was. I guess you know why I didn’t take
any pictures of the three (life and death) major drops. I don’t think any
picture I would have taken would have showed or captured what we paddle
over/through”
Actually, no. We all want to see pictures of the three alleged life and death drops!
I’ll add Richard’s details to the post once he sends them to me.
Chris is an Atlanta based paddler that would really rather be doing something else, except that special something is held up in customs...
As such, he only has one boat:
WS Tsunami-140 Duralite, bright yellow, broken creaky seat, room for several gangs of hairy river spiders to cohabit in peace.
